SEEK's Interview Builder is an easy-to-use resource to help you create a customised interview template in four simple steps:

Select your question type. Choose from a range of motivation, behavioural, situational and skills-based questions.

Drag your questions from the panel into the workspace. You can add as many questions as you like. On a mobile device, simply tap on a question to select or deselect before viewing in the workspace.

Add your own questions. Type your questions into the text box and select ‘Add’. On a mobile device, press ‘preview’ to view your questions in the workspace.

Click ‘download my template’ to access your interview PDF ahead of your next interview.
